Title: Windows 10: no connection

Hi,
I get a new/old Spark Drum Machine, had installed all necessary software and drivers, registered it, connected it via USB (direct, no hub) but the connection failed (in Midi Control Center and the Spark software). In windows system the driver is registered without errors, there are no other old drivers for USB. Removing an reconnecting the device from windows Control Panel doesn't helps. So it's not a problem with Windows and USB but with the Arturia Software..

Any Ideas??
