Title: Keyboard Mag - WayOutWare
Post by: doubt on May 16, 2005, 04:52:57 pm
Just read the two Arps review on Keyboard:

http://www.keyboardmag.com/story.asp?sectioncode=30&storycode=5151

http://www.keyboardmag.com/story.asp?sectioncode=30&storycode=5150

Will this be another MiniMg V - SOS case? I mean, will the product be improved keeping in mind what the reviewer said, and what the competitors are going to offer?
Thanks :-)

yes even here:

They seem say Timewarp is more close to original Arp2600,
so here Arturia needs to strike back.

Yeah, definitely. Like I wrote elsewhere, it seems Arturia's 2600V doesn't come even close to the WayoutWare in emulating this old synth... let's cross our fingers for the future...

I don't see how the reviewer was able to keep the Timewarp stable long enough to write a review about it. It is among the most poorly-written instruments I have ever dealt with.
