Title: Ableton live-lite missing serial number also Grand Piano

Hi ALL,

Yesterday I bought the Keylab 49 Essential and already registered the Analog Lab, Mini V, Stage 73-v softwares that come with it from my ASC account. The Ableton live lite and the Grand Piano should be also in the package but are missing and cannot register/authorize them. Can someone help me? Ableton live-lite is installed already but I dont have the code to authorize it. How can isntall the Grand Piano?

Your best bet is to contact Arturia via their support page to see what can be done.
As for Grand Piano, it's a pain (unless they changed things since I installed mine) since you need a separate software to authorize the Piano program.  I had to contact the company for their assistance.
