Hi,
I think it would be great to allow to overwrite or even overdub a sequence after spicing. Some suggested a function to copy a sequence to a new slot after spicing wich is also great. What I suggest is to allow an overwrite pressing the record button dirong play after spicing happened.
A shift record could allow an overdub creating interesting random layers. And another parameter could control the starting step for the overdub allowing a step shifting between the original seq and the overdubbing one.
