Title: Noise Generator

It's been said before, just wanted to voice my desire for some noise as a sound generator.

It would be a killer addition to use with the Sequencer Mod. Being able to jump between percussion and melodies in one sequence would be fun.

MI Plaid have Filtered noise osc. I think would be cool to add it
