Title: my arturia DRUMBRUTE IMPACT does not turn on

hello

my impact is not turning on, no light and nothing is appearing on the LED as well as no sounds.
the power supply cable is 12v - 1a and everything seems normal but its not turning on

Hello! I have the same issue. Tried to turn it on - nothing. Have you solved your problem? What did the guys from Arturia do? I sent a message to support. Waiting for the reply. Thanks!

Is this a recent problem? Has it ever worked? Perhaps you have a faulty product. Sadly it happens.
