Title: keyboard removal mod

the battery mod video paved the way for this. very easy: remove top 8 screws and pop off the ribbon cable. just as easily reversible.

Did you try to update to the vocoder firmware (latest version)?
I noticed It would get stuck at 60% until I finally reattached the keyboard and then the update worked. Maybe I should start a new topic with this as a heads up...
