Title: Swing Amount as Matrix Destination

Yes, I know no SHIFT + parameter controls can be a destination but I just was jamming and wanted to modulate the swing amount! I'm a skweee guy!

dice, spice is sufficient for this I have not seen swing to be a mod destination :_)
