Title: Buchla standard gates
Post by: black_dingus on July 19, 2019, 01:07:35 am
Hi! What a beautiful little box.

Huge part of my use scenario for MF is using it as a controller for my Buchla 208r. It's a better 218 than 218 itself!
Conveniently, 1.2 volts per octave is selectable in the menu, so it's more than halfway there already.
However, I have an issue with Buchla gates (which consist of +10v 4ms pulse, then 5v plateau for the duration of sustain / held key). I've tried all of the supplied gate options.
So i still have to use the Synovatron active Euro / Buchla converter for gates to get 208r envelope to react properly to sustained notes.

It only seems logical to implement Buchla gates since 1.2 v/oct is already there. Would that be possible? Thanks!
