Does the Keylab 88 mkii include the music stand and the extension shelf?

I couldn't figure this out from the website.

Also, I was wondering how the shelf attaches?   Do I have to screw it in or is it a quick?     I'm thinking of using this controller live and I wouldn't want it to take too long to put on the shelf and take it off.

According to the product page feets are not included. Fat text in the main features list at the bottom.
