Title: UVI Grand Piano Model D activation code missing

Bought a new Keylab Essential 49. Grand Piano Model D is supposed to be bundled with it. No activation code. Please help.

I bought a Keylab 88 two months ago and I got the UVI Grand Piano. I don't remember exactly the process but I remember that after loggin in to my Arturia Account and register the Keylab, there was a list of bundled software associated with that registration and a link to a download page and maybe an activation code.

and now if I log in and go to "my products", and click in "more info" inside the Keylab product, I can see my serial number for UVI Grand Piano.
You shuld find it below the Ableton Live serial...

Tried that several times since I received the KeyLab, didn't work. Tried it again today, it worked. Weird! Thanks for the help.
