Hello,
Have you tried a un- and reinstall?
Are your Pigments, your DAW and your graphics updated?
-
I have the same problem. I have reinstalled Ableton Live, Pigments and updated the graphics driver. It is not just pigments that is having this issue (is other Arturia VSTs as well). I have no fix...
-
Do you have the same issue, when using Arturias applications in standalone mode?
Do you have the same issue with other vendors plugins?
-
It is only Arturia plugins that are not working. They do run ok standalone. No problems with any other vendors plugins (Native instruments, Sugar bytes, U-He, Papen etc all fine).
-
I think there would be lots of reports about this, if it was a generel issue. So it perhaps look like it should work somehow.
Have you tried to disable scaling in Ableton 10 like this: https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209775985-High-DPI-monitor-support-Windows-
Have it worked in earlier versions?
I presume you use 64 bit plugins. Keep in mind that Arturia now have stopped making 32 bit plugins.
If nothing helps, then i can only suggest to contact both Arturia and Ableton support. I don't use Ableton.

Hi LBH, I appreciate the replies, thanks. This problem has been reported before (I Googled it) but I could see no solution.
Yes it worked fine previously. I have not used Live for some time so cannot be sure when/why this started.
Yes I am using Win 10 64 bit with 64bit Live 10.1 and 64 bit plugins.
I have raised a ticket, I will try to post any solution.
Cheers.

LBH thanks for the suggestion about Ableton scaling. I tried that and it did not work. I am going to try another clean install of Ableton...
-
Fixed (with the help of Arturia support). The problem was that I had multiple copies of the VST on my PC. I uninstalled then deleted any remaining vsts (dlls). Reinstalled and all now working fine.

Thanks for reporting back NewHeart2005.
Glad you and Arturia solved it.
Software conflicts is allways something to look out for. Not moving things from the install path is a help to aviod conflicts, if that was the case.
