Title: spark 2 only plays one beat

When i press play in spark 2 the sequencer wont play, there is no grey bar that runs the length of the sequence ???. I think my software may be bugged I tried installing an older version of the software and it did the same thing :'(. All i hear when i press play is the first beat in the sequence and no beats after first beat. please help and thank you.

I had the same issue & thought it was the software/firmware too. NOPE
Turns out, it's the MIDI clock setting. If the setting is "slave" it needs to be connected to your DAW or a "master" MIDI device.
As soon as I changed the midi clock to "none" or "master",it worked fine.
