Title: shift + decay/rel = Release control only
Post by: tbn on May 13, 2019, 09:54:04 pm
Sometimes you have those sounds for which you want a decaying envelope with a long decay that stops quite quickly when you release a key. (for example to make a piano, or a string that dies out, whether damped or not)

It would be wonderful to be able to control the release of the envelope only, in my thought by holding shift and turning the decay/rel knob.

yes, I agree. I need access to the full ADSR for sound design for one of the envelopes.

I'm missing this one so much for big attack on bass sound but tight control of where it stops...

+1 there are so many situations where I do dial Shift-Decay hoping that it would work :)

Bump to still squeeze this in, in a final v5. Since arturia is fiddling with the envelopes anyway..
