Title: ability to send MIDI in to cv/gate out

This is not so much a "feature request", so much as I believe it is a basic feature you would expect for a controller with cv/gate out. Without this, the cv/gate functionality is extremely limited. See https://youtu.be/zzKVDGNLWk4?t=470 for a good explanation of the problem.
