Title: Analog Lab upgrade from version 3 to 4 download progress stopped ???

My upgrade is stopped at 17% during the download process.  How do I restart it ?  What's with the stupid question during the posting process ???  "What is Moog Music's most famous synthesizer ?:"  Give me a break !!!  Fucking bullshit.  Thanks for turning troubleshooting process into a quiz show plus making the verification characters almost impossible to read.  What a joke.
