Title: Multiple button malfunction

When turned on, the COPY button remains lit and the STEP, 5, 13 and RIM/CLAVES buttons do not work.
I have already tried reinstalling the firmware and doing a full factory reset.

I opened a support ticket, but since I bought it used (from Guitar Center) they cannot help.
