Title: NKS seems to be missing for Buchla Easel V v1.21

Just bought and installed Buchla Easel V (latest version 1.21) and when I open  Komplete Kontrol and rescan, the thumbnails and mappings don't show up.
Trying to find a fix for this please...

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

Is it the correct path from komplete kontrol library to your Buchla NKS files?

Have you checked, you have the NKS files?
OSX: /Library/Arturia/
WIN: C:\ProgramData\Arturia\ - ProgramData is hidden, so you need to enable show hidden folders and files to find this.
You find the NKS in a third party NI folder for each application.

Thank you LBH. The Third Party NI files appear to there but after a rescan in Komplete Kontrol, the instrument thumbnail is for sure missing and I'm not sure if the control mapping exists either.

I don't use NI controller. But i do have NI Komplete Kontrol software, and i do see Buchla thumbnail, NKS and parameters there. So it look like, it should work. But i allmost never use Komplete Kontrol. I use Windows 10.

I can't say if a un- and reinstall of Buchla helps, but it's something to try. Otherwise perhaps contact Arturia support directly thru your account.

It can also be a Komplete Kontrol issue i assume.
