Title: Set favour mark in wave table browser

In wave table browser, when listen to various wave tables, it would be nice to set a favorit mark like you can in presets browser. Maybe also add comments. A mark, then notes about what you might use it for. But there is probably not space for it in GUI.

Reason is that I often try out different wave tables, and then forget the ones I saw some potential in.
