Post by: passat88 on January 18, 2019, 06:03:05 pm
After one of the last updates, i have click noises from the midi clock of my Korg M50 in every sound where the
Midi Sync in the Delay Section is active
nearly every OEM Sound has the Midi Sync Button active in the Delay Section.  >:(

Yes - when you use the application in standalone mode, then i can confirm a audioble clock click using the clock in my Novation SL MKII controller, when the delay is on and set to sync.

Can't say much about what's the cause for the issue.

I updated to the latest version today.
Certainly there is a very annoying clicking sound. Arturia need improvement.
Preset Name :Antarctic,AccSolalis,Astronomy ........ :o
At first, I was confusing if it was an Audio Interface problem, but it's not.
You will hear click noise on many of the presets that use Delay.

It will always be reproduced even if I delete tmp.
C:\ProgramData\Arturia\CS-80 V3\tmp

Please fix any bugs related to this MIDI SYNC button.

In the newest plugin versions Arturia have added an internal Clock in the Audio and Midi settings. This is great. And it would be even better if a Tempo knob could be added on the applications, so one did'nt need to open the Audio and Midi settings to set the tempo.

This does'nt fix the issue with clicks from a external clock. But in some cases you don't need to use a external clock anymore.

As it is an important product for Arturia, eliminating problems is important.

Commonly used, the part that feels unusual is the point to be corrected.

After a lot of updates the issue is still alive.  >:(
The next bad thing is, that it`s not possible to delete the Arturia Presets after Modification.
So you have all these plugins with "delay midi sinc " active still in your library.   ???

In fact, it is possible to ignore the problem. Just turn off the function and use it. It is not an obsessive problem. It just wastes time.

I had only played with the expansion packs, but now I can clearly hear this issue going through the factory patches. I'm using CS80 V 3.5.1.3457 and I get clicks from the clock of my keyboard.

Still happening almost a year later, yet Arturia has decided to make tutorial modes for every synth instead of fix real bugs like this.  ::)

This issue persists in CS80 V 3.10.1.1843. I'm excited for Arturia support to acknowledge the issue.
