When editing on the FX page, large coloured dots sometimes appear to the right of the captions FX:BUS A and FX:BUS B.
What do they relate to? I can find no reference to them in the user guide.

It would help, if you post an image, that shows the clored dots.
If you mean the yellow tips bulbs, then you find information in the manual.
-
Now i think i know what you mean.
The colered dots show up when you hower over or have selected a modulator that is modulating something in that sections where the dots show up. The color of the dots corresspond to the color of the modulator.
It's not only for the FX sections the dots show up.

here is a pic of what i mean (the yellow dot).

Yes that's what i explain above. That yellow dot tells you, that you hoower over the name text field of a LFO modulator in the modulation line, as the LFOs is represented by yellow dots like that, and that that modulator is modulating something in that section (in the case your image show in FX: BUS A).
It's not only the FX buses that get a dot.
I don't know if the dots appear doing something else.
-
OK, I see that now.
Thanks.
Is this referred to in the user guide? I can't find it.

I think only the colored modulation rings around the parameters is mentioned in the manual that's version 1.0.0.
I think the colored dots have been added in Pigments version 1.1.0.29. Not completely sure about this though.

They were there in the previous version - I've only just today updated to 1.1.0.29. Sadly, the documentation has not been updated yet.

It lets you know there is modulation. That's how I understand it.
