Title: paraphonic mode voice assignment

It would be super cool if each oscillator knew its place in relation to other notes played ex: oscillator 1 takes top note priority, oscillator 2 middle priority,  oscillator 3 bottom note.
 This feature as well as the paraphonic unison mode mentioned early would make the paraphonic mode much more able.

That would be nice, but when you play a chord, it is never perfectly together, one note is always before the others by a small amount of time. When that first note happens, the synth doesn’t know if you are going to play another note, or if that other note will be higher or lower. It would have to look into the future, to know, and assign the oscillators correctly, on a synth like this, where one oscillator is assigned to each note.

2 oscillator synths have an easier, and more predictable way of being duophonic- when you hit a note, BOTH oscillators play in unison, and if you play a second note, the oscillators split to go to the high note and the low note. Much more predictable and usable in music.

The matrixbrute being 3 oscillators, the designers must have felt assigning the 3rd oscillator would be messy. Does it go with the highest note, or the lowest note, or when there is a 3rd note, where does it go? The presence of the 3rd oscillator might have been why they went with the less usual arrangement of one oscillator per note played.

It would be great to have the unison setting on duophonic mode. Then it would be easy: play one note, all oscillators play. A second note comes in, split Osc 2’s pitch off to go with the higher note. A third note comes in, and the 3rd oscillator splits to the middle note (an arbitrary choice, but you’d have to choose something). Then chord voicing would be predictable and repeatable.
