Title: ASIO

Morning all,

I've tried several times and failed, so here I am asking for help. Pigments sounds ok using using its chosen default Windows audio but I'd much rather be using ASIO in my Octacapture. The problem is that every time I try to change the setting I get the blue circle of doom and then Pigments shuts down.

All other Arturia products work as normal, as do NI programs. Any ideas?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

I run ASIO.

The only thing i can think of to try is to un- and reinstall Pigments and see if this might was an installation error. If the issue persist, then i suggest you contact Arturia support directly thru your account.

I guess you have a DAW using your Octacapture with ASIO driver. Do you have the issue when you run Pigments as plugin in your DAW?

What is the Sample rate you're using ?
