Title: Expanded midi capability - Sysex and Program change

Two feature requests:

- Sysex option for controls (especially pads)
If it was possible to send sysex say from the pads, you could create templates that stored patches and transmit them as part of a user template, which would be awesome.

- Program change option for controls (especially encoders)
If there was an option to set an encoder to send a program change value, you could use an encoder to scroll through presets on midi gear. Would also be awesome.

I have another feature request related to encoder NRPN but that has already been logged I believe.

I have also another feature request related to velocity curve
It only has 3 velocity curves and it limits creativity a lot.
 A controller of these characteristics should have at least 8 or 10 types of most common velocity curves and one or two more curves programmable by the user (with an x and y axis plot).
