Title: Parameter/modulation "pushing" using the CV inputs

As is not completely unknown by now, the CV inputs can push the associated parameters further than can be done with the internal modulation.

Good grief.  Over 90 pages of MB forum over there...we need a sticky over here that redirects over there.
