Title: Key not triggering notes consistantly

I just received a Keylab 61 Mk2.  If I apply light pressure on the keys I have about 6 notes that require slightly additional pressure to trigger.  The 6 notes are in the 2 octaves above middle c but are not all next to each other.  Does anyone else have this issue?

I have this issue with one of my keys (the lowest C). Was technical support able to assist you with this and if so, can you share what steps were taken to resolve this?
