hi,
it would be great aka very time saving if a vst would load with a dedicated playlist selected (so that you could use program changes right away). right now it's necessary to select a playlist everytime you load a plugin...
thanks

I think this is needed for having proper program change functionality, including in a DAW project.
Also having the Playlist to respond to normal dedicated Bank program change (where two CCs is involved is needed) for having fully working Program change functionality.

I'll add a "desperately needed" to this. Never mind DAW projects, if you're in a live performance environment, it's not practical to have to open all instances of MiniV and switch to playlist mode manually.

Hi Guys, i logged this feature request in our database.
@LBH : i know that there are other related posts, but didn't find them at time of writing. EDIT : ok i found these posts now. thanks.
In the meantime there is a workaround for this, maybe not the most convenient, i agree.
If your midi controller is able to send program change messages, message should be set like this
MAX MSB value : playlist number (0 will load playlist number 1)
MIN LSB value is not considered
cc/note : preset number inside playlist (0 will load in preset 1)
in a practical way, once software is loaded, or DAW project is recall, pressing this single button will load the desired playlist.
Hope it helps,
cheers,

...i just realised that after updating to 6.something there is an improvement in this regard: when you send a program change command after opening in my case ableton with an arturia plugin on a channel it now jumps to the preset within the first playlist...nice!!!!
