Title: [Solved] Sustain messages not being transmitted properly

Hi-my sustain messages are not being sent properly-for some reason, the keyboard seems to send on, then very fast on/off messages, thus negating the sustain. It's really weird-I've tried experimenting with the Midi Control Settings, but nothing has solved the issue. What am I overlooking?
The screenshot shows a simple sustain depress, release, depress-but notice how the message has the very quick "on/off" message right after the inital depress?

{Update-I swapped out my M-Audio sustain pedal for a Yamaha sustain pedal-all seems to be working now}
