Title: DC power turn off the interface

hi i just bougth a Arturia interface, and  the dc power always turn of the divice.

please help

Pd and y check te output left channel dont work ....

sorry you're encountering such issues.

in order to help you, i'd like to have a bit more details:
Do you mean that you're absolutely not being able to power up your AudioFuse?
If you take the unit alone, and then plug the power supply only, what happens?
if you plug the usb cable only to computer (with the thicker part of the usb cable), does the unit boot up?
When you used the unit for the first time, could you please confirm that you first downlaoded the Auiofuse control center, and then connected your unit to computer?

if you're really stuck, i'll suggest to perform a factory reset. without connecting to computer, you have to hold Main output cue selector + mono (the first 2 buttons located under the big main output knob) while plugging PSU.

First I connect everything then I installed the control center.

 When I use the power supply without the usb nothing happens any light blinks”

I will try reset this afternoon

Sory my English is very poor. I am Argentinian

Ok!! It’s ready, PC MIDI CENTER (the shop). They bought me the audiofuse with a bad power supply.
