Title: KeyLab 61 Faders unresponsive in DAW Mixer (Video)

Hi, I just bought the KeyLab 61 controller. Everything seems to work smoothly with except to the DAW mixer application: faders are really unresponsive in changing volumes (while they work correctly when used in virtual instruments). Knobs for panning do also seem to be not fully responsive, while they seem to work better. I am attaching a video to illustrate this issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbcu3rd4uGw . I am running on Cubase Elements 9.5, Windows 10, using Audient ID14 as interface. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi,

Are you using your Keylab Essential in MCU or HUI Mode ?
Can you try to set the fader mode to Jump in the MCC and see if it works better ?
