Title: Install 1973-Pre

Hi,

On a new machine (win10), two installers failed in ASC with 'Download Error' - Stage 73 and 1973-Pre.

I was able to go into the Resources table for VCollection to manually download and install the Stage 73 installer, but there are no installers in the Resources tab of Preamps product page.

How can I either fix ASC (clear a broken cache?), and/or get the 1973-Pre installer manually?

Looking at the Downloads folder - seems the link that ASC is referencing for those broken downloads is wrong.

Both were Mac .pkg files.

For 1973-Pre, this is what comes down:
MIDI_Control_Center_1_7_1_506.pkg

Can this be fixed please?

Alternatively, please point me at the download location for 1973-Pre, as a short-term workaround..

At first sight it look like your issues is about downloading the correct files for windows. It's the Win7+ files you shall download.
An apple icon followed by 10.8+ is for Apple MAC and not for Windows.

ASC = Arturia Software Center. MIDI Control Center is another application. You shall download ASC.

FYI: There are links for the products on the product ressource pages.
But all downloads can also be found here: https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals

Thanks for that. I successfully downloaded all other installers...
The link on that page you posted (https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals) for the Windows software version of 1973-Pre is definitely pointing to the OS-X version on Midi Control Centre tho.
The link is wrong.

Indeed, the Stage 73 Windows download link at that same page is pointing to the Spark installer for OS-X

Two broken links for Arturia's web crew to fix...

Yes i can confirm.
Arturia perhaps need to check all the download links. Something is messed up.

Are you having the same issue when downloading thru ASC?

Yep, same behaviour from either ASC or webpage..
