Title: Updates in ASC
Post by: jblongz on April 14, 2018, 03:33:51 pm
It seems I don't see updates until I reinstall ASC each time I want to check.  I've been running MacOS 10.13.3, but recently updated to 10.13.4

I swear it's going to take me at least a week to download all the new updates.  The service center is useless and I'm downloading updates one by one through the website here.  Arturia, can you please fix this problem??  I have gigabit internet and your updates are downloading at literally 40KB a second.

Ditto here.  No automatic updates in ASC for the new stuff.

The updated titles are available, if you go to https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals and download / install them manually.   That's supposed to be the purpose of ASC though... no?

Anyway, I thought so too. I can select in ASC the update notifications for "once" , "weekly" and "never".

But what means "once"? Once I start ASC ? Once I activate a product ?

Aaaaand now I can't even download anything because the links are totally unresponsive.  Arturia, please get it together!  I don't have this kind of problem with ANY other sample libraries.  Maybe I'll be able to download all the updates over the course of a couple weeks... I hope!
