When I attempt to activate my computer in ASC it states I am running window 8 when in fact I am running Windoes 10 Pro. Is there a way to correct this?

Have you allways run Windows 10 Pro on that PC?
Does Windows System Informations state your OS is Windows 10 Pro or Windows 8?

Yes, since I owned it. It was a refurbished PC. Cannot remember if it initially had windows 7 or 8. I purchased it and then downloaded Windows 10 pro when it was first offered for free. It is definiteIy windows 10 Pro. Loads as such and system info confirms this. I have had it for about a year and a half and it has been almost flawless. I am just concerned about what updates will get loaded from Arturia. I notified them as well. No phone number unfortunately.
UPDATE- Just realized I installed the software that was 10.8 but it had the Apple icon next to it. I never even noticed it. The one below has the windows icon and show 7+. I thought that was for windows 7 only. I assume when I get home tonight I can uninstall the software and re-install the correct one. Please confirm.

Yes install ASC for Windows 7+.
Windows system information should show which OS version you have installed.
Just in case: OS version and machine name is 2 different things.
FYI - I'm not from Arturia. I only tell you, what i would look for and do.
Let's hear how it turns out.
