Title: Ableton suite 7.9.6 Windows 7 64 bit problem?

Hi,

I'm trying to resolve a problem for one of my customers who is trying to install a sound bank:

This can be because it's presets for old applications before VC5. Please refer to my answer to yur post in VC forum.
There are many posts about this in the forums.
