Title: Where should new Banks be stored?

Hi,

When buying or creating banks, is there a preferred destination folder or can they load from any folder on a main drive?

Presets for the new applications from Arturia come with an installer. Just run the installer. (The user presets on the old download page is'nt for the new applications, and most is allready included in the new, as can be read on top of the download page.)

Third party presets should come with a guide on how to.
If they have an installer run the installer.
If they come as exported banks or files, then just import them. But be aware that you can't use old presets for Arturia applications before V-Collection 5 (VC5) in VC5 or VC6 unless you have the older applications. Be sure the presets can be used in VC5 and VC6.

The presets used in the applications are not the same place as the above files. So the above installers and files can be located anywhere.

The actual presets files will be created and put in the correct folder automaticly. The path depend on you use Windows or MAC. In Windows it's in the hidden folder ProgramData they will be created.
