Please tell me how to transpose each instrument with a set of duo.

I assume you by Duo mean Multi.
If you create a Multi, then you can MIDI transpose in the Edit/ Midi section. Please refere to the manual.

To tune instruments you need to own the individual applications and open them inside Analog Lab.

Great! Very nice! Why did you hide it there?
The two units can be adjusted at the same time, and management of the presets will be easier.This is fantastic! I can do something I really wanted to do.
I also enjoyed using Analog Lab again.This is wonderful software.

Analog Lab 3 = Piano V2 + Piano V2
