Title: The preset name has not disappeared.

If you save the preset as an existing name, the preset before saving can not to be found.
When preset name is edited and saved with existing preset name, the preset before saving can not be found.
The preset name has not disappeared.

 ex) german grand 100 to german grand 00
german grand 100 can not be found.
However ,the preset name has not disappeared.
