Title: Clickable Jog Wheel Problem

Hi,

I recently just bought the Keylab Essential 61 and I'm having an issue with the jog wheel. I am continually encountering one of two problems: 1) when I'm using the jog wheel to select sounds with Analog Lab 3, the wheel will continually skip over presets, or If I'm selecting from Synth instruments it will start on ARP 2600 and skip over Buchla Easel to CMI; or 2) with Analog Lab 3 loaded on the screen I will unplug the Keylab Essential and reconnect it and I will be able to use the wheel to go through every preset, instrument, etc, but when I click the jog wheel it will not select the sound and I have to manually do it with my computer keyboard.

I'm fairly new to MIDI controllers in general so perhaps I'm overlooking something that's an easy fix.

I have the exact same problem.
It somehow does not communicate from one point further.
The jog wheel is not clickbale.

Does someone have a solution please?

Hi,

Can you please provide me as much informations as possible ? What OS and Analog Lab 3 version are you running ? Can you do a short video to illustrate the issue so I can properly investigate ?
