Downloaded the Jup-8 v3 update along with all the other updates that came out when VC6 dropped and have a problem. The bottom part of the keyboard is not visible and neither are the controls to the left of said keyboard. That is until you open the top of the synth then everything becomes visible. Standalone or in PT & DP does the same thing. Not good Arturia - not good.

I do not have this problem in standalone or as a VST inside FL Studio.
Have you tried reinstalling? Perhaps you had a flaky download/install?

Just got a fresh download from the downloads page (not going through the ASC) and it does the same thing. This is in both standalone and inside ProTools as aax64.

I could try a clean install later today to confirm for you. I'm on my way to work soon.
One thing you could try is go to the Jup-8 V resources page and under software click "Show archives." Then try installing the version from April and then the new update. It's possible they are missing some of the necessary gui files in the latest install. (My only idea at least for the time being).

I already have all the updates saved off on a hard drive. When I first experienced the problem I'm writing about I went back to that update you mention and everything worked fine. Grabbed the latest update like I wrote above and STILL have the problem. I'm wondering if this is a Mac vs. Windows thing or even an operating system deal. I'm running OSX 10.10.5 and have zero plans of going to anything higher as I'd lose access to ProTools 11.3.2.

Happens for me, and I'm on Mac too. Sierra 10.12.6

At least now it's known it's not just me. I wonder if this is just confined to OSX users? And it happens at all gui sizes so it's not just one size that's having a problem.

Another "me too" here. I'm on High Sierra 10.13.2, Jup-8 version is 3.2.0.1183.

That's exactly what I'm seeing unfortunately.
