When I try to program a sequence, the 11th encoder is no longer working... Is this a software issue, or should I send the unit back for repair? I just got BS Pro, and have been carrying it around to work on the go.
Basically, when I try to twist the 11th encoder to change the pitch of the note, the note would jump to C 6 and stays there constantly even though I keep trying to twist the pitch down....
Please help!!
