Title: Connection failed on PC

Hello,
 
 I have an arturia sparkLE and it is working on my mac with no issues. However, I tried connecting it to my PC today and followed all the steps required of me and installed all necessary drivers. Now when I open it in ableton and connect it, ableton detects it as a MIDI. However, the strange this is when I open the Spark plugin inside ableton it says connection failed but when I press on the keys on the spark it still works. However, all i can do is press keys, i cannot open the library or do anything else. How do i solve this issue?

EDIT: Disabling the in and out from preferences strangely seems to have fixed the connection issue but then i noticed there was no output. So while spark was open I went into preferences and enabled the in and out again, now it is working fine but the spark is now messing around. Sometimes there are delays in the keys I press and sometimes it presses its own keys, very strange.
