Title: Kick 1 only works on separate out, not on the mix output . HELP PLEASE!

All of the sudden the Kick 1 on the drumbrute can't be heard on the mix output.
It isn't affected when i press the pad nor by the the running sequencer. NO SOUND!  ???
I tried to search for an option in the Midi Controll center, i intalled  new firmware and i made a hard reset ( Pressing SONG-BANK-PTRN and push the powerswitch)
Nothing helped.
The other instruments works just fine.
When i repatch Kick 1 through the separate output, everything works normal. SOUND!  :D
Anyone had the same issue or an approach to the problem?

Hi , this would suggest that theres an issue with the kicks jack maybe not closing and sending the signal back to mix.
not sure what you can do unless you know about electronics or sending the DB to be fixed.

I suspected it could be an issue with the jacks respectively the electronics.
Sending it back, to get  it fixed sounds like the safest bet to me.
