Title: "Analog" way to copy/duplicate sequencer patterns
Post by: Kiuas on August 31, 2017, 08:56:18 am
Its possible to copy and paste the seq patters to other slots in MMC (which works like breeze) but doing this without computer/mouse is impossible. I think its a shame that quick duplication is not possible since it is powerful to create multiple variants of one sequence once you are in the flow of making.

This could be done by holding shift+hold buttons while turning Seq knob. It would copy the pattern from the slot where you were to the one were you are when releasing shift+hold buttons.

I don't see how you can use the keystep without a computer/laptop but, on the other hand, having it control a synthesizer, I suppose, is the other way of using it.
I guess that in that case, it might be interesting to copy a sequence but, editing the sequence would be a pain in the neck without a computer and MCC to easilly do this.

That's the point of the feature request, to allow more without the the need of a computer.
