Title: User Presets question about retention during upgrade WIN10 VC5

I have started creating my own presets in V Collection and storing them in the User bank. Will these be retained if there is an update installed?

Also, I have an automated backup task which backs up my C:\ProgramData\Arturia\ folder automatically every night which should mean I have a backup of all the V Collection sounds right?

Hi,

You can safely update your V Collection and keep all your user presets.

Yes, this is where all V Collection preset are stored.
