Hi,
You absolutely need to use the last MCC version, if not it may corrupt memory leading to freeze or crash.
So please update it to version 1.7.0.217, save all your BSP project and then do the firmware update.
If you encounter some freeze/crash please do a factory reset (be sure to have all your projects saved as it will erase all the memory and settings).
To do a factory reset hold these 4 buttons when powering the BSP On : [PRST LNK] + [<<] + [>>] + [LST STEP]
