Hi guys,
I just got my unit and love it.
The only thing that worries me a bit: The unit never seems to power off when connected through USB and DC, also not when the computer is switched off.
Only taking both cables out will power it off which is annoying in the long term when this is your only soundcard at home.
It also gets still hot when the computer is switched off and having the cover on top when the unit is not in use doesn't cool it down either I guess.
Suggestion: maybe a looooooong press on the Arturia button could switch the unit off ?
Is that possible at all?
Thanks for looking into this.

I second this - or some kind of sleep mode so I don't have to turn the speakers off too.

Thirded!

Yes please!

I think it would be awesome to press the arturia button on the top left to power on, and pressing and holding for 2-3 seconds to power off!!
+ not having speaker pops when this happens!
EDIT: I agree with the first poster!!

also to add to this..
USB hub bypass option (OPTION)
I wish to use my mouse which is connected to the audiofuse usb hub when the device is off (should that become a feature)
so I don't have to keep re-plugging my usb cables. Which i have to do every time I've finished using the device.
I LOVE THIS UNIT, but i want to get the longest possible life out of it!
so
IF it could be designed/done so in a way which has the least strain on the other circuitry that would be great!! I wouldn't like to think that because my mouse is plugged in, I'm wearing and tearing the rest of the circuitry and compromising the longevity of the unit!
Im not an electrical engineer or anything like that, So I am obviously out of the loop with the finer details/technical limitations of my request. But for me personally, I like looking after gear that I think is worth it, And so far I feel the audiofuse is definitely in that category!!

Hi everyone,
We've just released a new firmware update for the AudioFuse with a new sleep mode feature. And also a new improved driver for windows.
You can find the new firmware and new AFCC installer here : https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals

THANK YOU!!

Hi. Will there be a sleep mode for the AudioFuse Studio coming soon?
-
Hi Martin,
You can already long press on the A button to shut it down (probably 3 or 5 seconds).
A real sleep mode feature (like an auto on/off when the device is not doing any processing) is currently not planned, but we could consider it .
Have a good day !
