I am getting two errors when trying to purchase a sound bank:
Order not completed, data is not valid Error processing transaction: Message Gateway Rejected application_incomplete Code: Text:Unknown()
All the information is correct for my card, but I noticed I wasn't asked for name and address.
It would also be nice to have some animation showing that our request is being processed when we press "buy", I can foresee many people will be unsure if they clicked properly...possibly resulting in many repeated clicks. A down-state button color would help a lot.

We are aware that there is some risk that people will click more then one time on the Buy button. We are working on it and it will be fixed on next update.
For your error, I can't say much but I transmit to the IT Team, they will investigate. Can you confirm that the email adresse your are using in your MyArturia account is the same as the one you are using for the forum ?

I'm getting a mixture of the same error message and also a message saying the sale cannot be completed because the server is too busy. Downloaded the free banks no problem, but seem to be unable to purchase the Kraftwerk one.

Hello guys,
The store in Analog Lab 2 should be back this night or tomorrow. In the meantime if you really want to buy one, you can still use the website.

Still doesn't work. Payment fails, and in fact immediately after trying I have now had a message to call the fraud protection division of my bank!!
EDIT: Now established this was due to my bank placing alerts on all customers after some suspicious international transaction activity yesterday. So no fault of Arturia.
Have now downloaded off the web site via pay pal. :-)
