Title: Bug: Opening MIDI Control Center wipes custom Note assignments
Post by: groovelastig on May 09, 2017, 12:13:50 am
Hey everyone,

a new bug seems to have been introduced to either the MIDI Control Center 1.6.2.85 (Windows 8.1), or with DrumBrute 1.2.1.0.

When I load the MIDI Control Center, the custom Note assignments to Drumbrutes Pads are wiped.
To recreate,
- open MCC, set Kick 1 Note to Note number 1, exit MCC. Check in MIDI Ox: Kick 1 plays Note #1.
- open MCC again, exit MCC. Kick plays default Note number, #36.

When I reload my saved settings, saved with MCC 1.6.2.85, the default settings remain.

Workaround: each time (!) I use MCC, type in all the custom assgned notes again.

Maybe this could be addressed with an update?

Hi groovelastig,
I cannot reproduce it. I use the latest MCC and firmware.

Best,
Y.
