Title: unlock code

1.today i'm unboxing my brandnew microbrute red. there's a card in it, how to register and activate it.. ( Register in 2 easy steps )  ??? now i try to register for 3 hours... :(. there's a notice, that some hardware synth's have no unlock code. do i need this code or not.
2. so many languages to choose, but no german ???
3. there's also a link, to help during the registration, but doesn't work.. !
so i try to connect the help button via e-mail, now i have to wait 48 hours ?

all in all a frustrating procedure.... please arturia, fix this .... !
my system : windows 10 64bit, microsoft internet browser / my intruments : Elektron octatrack, Teenage Engeneering OP-1, Korg Kaossilator mini2s, Casio mz-x500 and a thomann dp26.
what did i have to do to solve this probs ?

Here it's the community forum, and the Arturia users won't be able to solve your registration issue.

Arturia still has not fixed this problem, as I ran into it when I tried to register my new MicroBrute online last week.

FIX THIS STUPID PROBLEM ARTURIA!
