Title: Minilab Firmware Upgrade problem

Somehow I cannot get any contact with my Minilab. It upgraded when I turned it on.
Midi Control Center is disconnected.
Firmware revision unknown
I get the message Entering Firmware Upgrade Mode - Device Not Connected
Devices hould be plugged before upgrading. If the device is connected to a USB HUB, please unplug/plug the HUB, the press OK.
Minilab could not get firmware revision.

I did this, but still nothing works.

Help appreciated!

Try a new cable I had that problem but after update it still sucks and crashes Pro Tools 12 continually the latest  firmware is the issue and Arturia don't seem to be doing anything about it currently .

P.s just quick update it's not the new cable that wakes the Minilab it's the act of unplugging the USB cable and replugging in that brings the Minilab back to life briefly. Weird again obviously a firmware issue
